Ramesh Madala the CEO, who is great person which values each employee. He has great knowledge and vision on every project. The only company the employee will talk directly to CEO.

Dislikes

Except CEO, couple of employee benefits like timing and salary on time rest everything is not that good. There are lots of HR employee who wastes the budget from the billing. The main disadvantage is here no growth, all internal politics. The person who do bread and butter to his superior, then he no need to work at all. I did see many resources who work as functional, tester etc., whatever they want to be in the billing but it just all a time pass work and doing all bhajanas to superior. I never see these kind of managers who expect more bhajan from their sub ordinates. They will do same bhajan to Ramesh and get their hikes and designations. Here I did see many people simply convert to Delivery managers from project managers, of course its all from bread and butter to Ramesh and expect same from their sub ordinates. I would not recommend Evoke if you are not kind of bread and butter to superiors.

They just tell us pleasant things in the HR round discussion and also when they really in difficult situations then they pretend like they need employee very badly in the project.

Dislikes

... your faults. No work life balance , but they tell all the bulshit in HR round. My manager used to assign work on the basis of our package. They expects us for every deployment over the weekends and manager tells that is part of our job and no compensations / compoffs is offered for that. Mental torture at evoke. And there are no much projects at Evoke as of now. And they force ppl to complete LSA part1 and part2 within 2 months, if any delay they treat you as a Blacksheep at their company. Even HRs behave like worst hostel warden. If they don't need you, then they will ignore you the most.

1.Salary wise good. 2.Good company for developers. 3.High level management standards are good and they are down to the earth. 4.Qa can only survive in projects only if the complete process is followed. 5.Only few projects follow process and qa are valued.

1.Qa need work under developers and test as per developers skills and no separate team for qa and qa don't have any lead/manager for qa specific, since qa will be mapped under developers lead or developer manager , finally they will be huge bugs and they make qa responsible for it but finally qa are mapped to developer manager and developers are developers, they need to improve more on Qa process. 2.Giving opportunities to untrained resource to manage and handle projects. 3. lack of process which will increase work load and stress and finally it will impact on health and employee el and cls leaves and but even after working if employee is on emergency leaves..it will impact on jobs. 4.Multiple reporting developer managers are mapped to qa and they will change in 15 days without intimation in single team,This creates confusion.

Nothing, all lies about role and designation. Hire and Fire policy. HR will be so nice while hiring

Dislikes

On the very first place they will hire you with high package, once they got a person for low package, they will fire us. Heavy work load, login at 9 AM and work till 3 AM (mid night), including weekends.

Good Pay: Fixed CTC no variable pay. Good Technical stock. Scope to explore more. Good and understanding management. If you are worth resource they never loose you and give good hike. Resources are valued and respected.
