Skills you gain while working on various projects. But I suggest that you must start looking for a change after 4 years. More than that, you'll learn nothing new, things repeat.

Dislikes

...t get seating at all, because apart from HODs, no one else's seating is fixed. Salary compensations are NOT given until you go out and ask for it, or you have good relations with the HODs. Here no one teaches you, you learn by yourself, which in some aspects is good, but if you mistakenly do something wrong, it'll come down to your responsibility and in cases you might be made fun of.

...e & Friendly.the management is transparent. There is Gaming Arcade for chilling. Company policies are Good, appraisals are faire and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...is the same issue then it's normal thing. Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Lack of Digitalization and understanding between managers to junior employees.

You learn how to do your work without depending on anyone. You will learn to take all responsibilities and each kind of work and in any kind of area.

Dislikes

Salary, compensation and benefit compare to work is very low. Site location is in rural area and very far from city, where we found unavailablity of basic resources. Also we have to pay for food and other expenses at site. Job security is also very poor. No training is provided to you by company. Work politics is the major issue of company.

Good company.management tries to implement new systems , adress the issues of team

Dislikes

Lots of odd systems working , illiteracy,fools the upper management,lots of thefts esp in purchase team,vendors setting is very high ....in short these below line will led to shut the company very fast . Management needs to throw all those old pigs from respective departments
