I have been working remotely as a volunteer Content Writer, it has no link with emoluments. It is just to remain in touch with an NGO. I don't aspire to be benefited financially. It is difficult to become a volunteer with the pressure of running a family along with. I don't enjoy volunteering, as it never returns with financial support. Suggest me Ambition Box, if an online job with sound financial return is available at your end. Thanking you.

Iam very happy to inform that it has good infrastructure and connect with the other state volunteer teachers they had good pronounciation skills and iam very happy because close connection with the students and learn many more skills like lessons from digital classes thank you for taking me to select as a class assistant

volunteer teachers didn't have any teaching plan ,and also they are not ready to see the text book before come to class they teach maths but they didn't have a board .students talk from back side they can't hear it is only hear fromfront I think it's speaker problem

The environment would help you grow as a person. Also, you get to choose your own timings for work which is just like a cherry on the cake. Your performance is monitored and if required appropriate suggestions and help is also offered.

Life is good except that there's a fair bit of micromanagement from the highest strata (Founder level) which is fine for people who lack self-esteem or need to be guided on even minor areas of development but demotivates those who are quite experienced in their area of expertise and who do not wish to be interfered on nitty gritty issues that result in wastage of time & productivity.

Dislikes

There's absolutely no politics at any level & all employees wish to co-operate & extend their best support always. There aren't too many areas to explore due to decision-making limits, interference & presentation of new ideas. However, there's definitely a huge level of possibilities for experimenting at minimum cost to management.
