Compensation and benefits could be better. As i am working from last 10 year..but everytime i feel that my compensation could be better when i see other companies

It has very friendly environment and good to work. Also the client are supportve so it created good working condition.

About the salary, it has no guarantee that you will work hard and will get proper apprisal.

Its a very friendly organisation. Job security is good. For a fresher its a good company to learn. Work life balance is execellent.

Low salary compared to other companies. And appraisals every is too pathetic. Promotions are not given to deserved ones, biased approach is followed.

This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.
