Syntel is a very nice company, as well as the building there,Syntel is a very nice company, as well as the building there, the nature is very nice, the company provides job training, as well as the name gives new education,

It's not like they don't like syntel, but their salary is starting Seems less than the rest of the company, constantly moving from one project to another

Good work environment and culture and the whole team and managers are supportive and company policy are good but appraisals are not good and not get the bonus befor 2year. We get 1 bonus after completing my 1 year as per policy after that not get any bonus and all

Doing streach but not not getting over time money. The salary is not good and also resignation period is 2 months it is not good.

My Atos Syntel journey was excellent. got many opportunities, promotion, i lern lot of things in Syntel and developed my skills.

Compensation and benefits could be better. As i am working from last 10 year..but everytime i feel that my compensation could be better when i see other companies

Syntel was the most good environmental workplace.People there are very much supportive.It feels like family.I grasped most of the knowledge from syntel.They give everyone equal opportunity to showcase there talent and skill.There is no biasness in the company.I miss Syntel everyday

Salary. People left syntel or I can say people thinking of quitting syntel is just because of the lack of salary. As there is no overtime pay,salary hike is very less.
