Good campus i would say though it is very outside and in the middle of nowhere.

Literally Everything is worst. Right from the management to HR. Salary is below industry standard and so are the benefits and promotion process. On top of that bill-ability for majority of employees here is a problem. Even seasoned employees have to wait for 6 months or more to get into a project. Company is in the loss after acquisition of syntel and now have separated as two companies , on top of that they layoff anyone without proper reason. Bad organisation to kickstart your career and even worse if you want to switch in this company! ** Bonus info they do : Even in 2023 they are not providing laptops to employees , employees have to work on cheap desktops . Very cheap and bogus policies they have from 2010 or something where even a fresher from 2021 is not able to get a simple laptop for 2 years . ( only employees with 4+ yrs) can get or even request laptop. Admin team has too much attitude for no reason.

This place is very spacious and garden cafeteria transport facility are good.

Dislikes

...os was worst than all.here management are extremely brutal with their employees.Most of joined here by seeing good hike and bonus amount but later we realise all are worst. We are completed by management for unexpected work if we not able to do then they threatening for termination.They only do partiality who can buttering them and statewide no value for another state even you are doing well then exited state.If you have a tolerance level very high then it place is good for you.

This is a good organization to start our career. We can get good company environment and support to new joiners even they don't have any experience about company culture.

Dislikes

I think company did not pay as per expectations from employees. Even not receiving awards, benefits (shift allowance or OT).

Work culture is just out of words, best place , good learning and skills development modules, Welcoming nature of management , overall one of the best Org.

Package, slow promotion and sometimes good employee are left behind 🥲

Good work environment and culture. Best management and transport. A huge cafeteria, gaming, gym and library. Company policies are good.

There is a break time count. Salary is low and hike also minimum.
