Work life balance is the only draw back. When compare to your salary your working time and working days will be more that can't be avoided when your superior gives. During weekends also you must spend time. Apart from academic work your participation will expected by the management during public holidays and weekends.

Stressing us even after working hours and also asking us to work from home on week off and other leave days is more hectic and forcing us to see purushottam sir you tube channel by asking screenshot is ready creepy and not even allowing us to leave on time but your expecting us to arrive on time is worst also when we are relieving we're expected to give three month notice atleast but when your firing us just overnight call the next day we've to relieve, the f*** what your doing is really worst.

Man. If you ever want a job security don't even think of working here. They will fire you whenever they need. Nothing to say good about this job. If you are already in a job and going to shift to this school. Think thrice they will throw you out within a few days like a piece of paper
