Overall company should increase the standard with the salaries offered. Management should really need to work on the internal politics which hamper the growth and work.

They can fire you anytime behind the facade of restructuring. Manager will keep you in the dark till the last moment. Use and throw approach. Career growth is next to none. Few others I knew had been laid off in a day's notice. Worst company to work for. If you want to endanger your future then please do join this company, else it is not worthy.

It is a highly secure company in term of job. Eversana will never fire any employee under any circumstances nor will do the pay cuts in the pandemic situation. The work culture is depend upon the department you are working in ..for learning skills it is good… you can nominate yourself for the training as well… Company has very good policies for employees but for that you have to ask for before joining… Have wfh facility, travel facility, and reimbursement facility if any travel done for company

There nothing i can say i hate about company… it’s just that few people make it worst sometimes but that doesn’t have to do with the company Company is good

Good thing is, Very less firing of employees. But compensation is below average, culture is changing for the worse & very few activities & events.

Dislikes

Culture was the best in the industry till 2 years ago. But since August 2017, after joining of a lady manager in 1 team (our team), the culture has deteriorated a lot. Employees are not at all respected & are almost expected to work like machines. Complaints to HR made only a small difference & that too only for a short duration.

I think it's best in culture, and people are very polite. Compensation is very low comparing other company of similar field. Overall good experience.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and licking activity. On job training was of no use and projects are not that great too.
