...een supportive.Initially I have been gone through Good training related plant. Work environment is good but when I talk about salary package then really disappointed because I have given very much good training to all my juniors and gave 100 % best as I have been in production. Right now I got promoted from Engineer to Sr.Engineer but salary is still unsatisfactory...My salary increased by only 2900/-. Now Whatelse I need to say?...Nothing. I am totaly unsatisfied If I consider my salary... Regards. RAJESH KUMAR.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

Top management are worst. No Increment or promotion as per your work. Never trust on your manager as well BHR. People favouritism is the worst, only one person gets everything without doing anything. And one who work very hard gets nothing. Worst office politics. Zero appreciation of hard work False promises by upper management.

It's really a employee friendly Company , i.e at the time of any issues Company reacts like parent. An employee can work & manage family well. Culture is so good here .

Top management are worst People favouritism is the worst, only one person gets everything without doing anything. And one who work very hard gets nothing. Too much politics from top to lower level of hierarchy Outdated desktops which was used in back 2010, 3rd generation PC and with 4 to 8 GB Ram which is worst as a design engineer. No R&D person for PEB engineering, you have to develop your own excels which is not the part of your main job. Managers do not take there responsibility. HR don't listen. Trainee get more salary than 3 year experience person working in Everest. Company is very good in terms of policy but some managers and employees are ruining everything. Corruption is also there people use company money for there personal use. And reimburse the fake bills cost thousands of rupees, fake meeting to take travel benefits
