As an employee, Everdata provide good support in lockdown, they never fired any one neither deduct any employee salary

Dislikes

One thing i dislike is work environment, and co-ordination between teams, also they have soo much workload, also we didn't get any leaves on indian festival.

Environment is too good and very good platform to start the carrier as a fresher, because team-mate is also too good, i learnt so much here, and supporting staff including our CEO. I got too much opportunity here. I fully satisfy with this company.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work pressure is very high, Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times, i do receive appreciation emails from the clients, but they mostly go un-noticed during my appraisal.
