The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client Calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Electronics Industry, Excellent learning for Electronics Background like Surface Mount Technology, BGA IC, Double Sided SMT, Double Sided soldering, DFT line. etc Great place to learn.

Salary and profile and work life balance.

I was working there from last 1yr in CTL quality. Teammates were really good.It was also great experience working in Ever Electronics.Bus facility is also good

They don't recruit on on- roll basis bt contract

A company is open for fresher having new technologies and strategy for production development techniques . I'm glad that for being a part of it. Training facility for fresher are good. Excellent colleagues.

Nothing there is no growth for the engg dont go for that company as a trainee engineer that company is for who they are 10th pass 12 th pass thats it

They just treat like a worker's but we are engg not a worker's
