The work culture of the company is very good. If you want to start your career in content developer then you can join this company but not for a long period.

...someone is working on the difficult book, he/ she should get incentive on that . There is immense pressure but the salary is very low according to that.

I have been working with Evelyn for a year now, and I have learned something new every single day. The colleagues here are very welcoming and helpful. The members of the team are very close and help each other out whenever needed. The team leaders are very cooperative. There is an efficient chain of communication between the SMEs and the seniors. The employees get an opportunity to work on a number of projects that improve their scope of knowledge and growth. Regular interactive sessions within the team helps the team members understand each other better and display enhanced productivity. With better understanding of each other, the team works without any conflicts. There is no bias among the colleagues and the seniors. Anyone who wants to experience a good exposure to the various subject matter and academic writing would benefit from joining this organization.

I have been working with Evelyn with the past two years now and the Woking environment and the team is amazing. At this critical time of Covid 19 they provide us Laptop and dongle.

I think they should provide a proper increment to their employees. Except less salary issue everything is perfect here.
