Salary on time. I didn't face obstacle in getting promotion. Good hike. No strict time restriction.

Good for freshers only. Not for experienced people. No step taken to company's growth. Very slow and delaying processes for development. Less focus on work and diverted to other activities.

Working environment is good. Fellow mates are nice. Management personals are good. The work is all about sales and pre-sales. People working here are good ceo and managers of different stakeholders are good. They deal with software development and sales which is good for a fresher to join and work with even with 2 to 3 years of experience will just do more than great.

...l with products which was not my domain. I am totally non-technical but had to indulge myself into technical field resulting in low scores in product training evaluation exams. Skills development needs to be included which is missing. Training methodology and methods of delivering training to the new joiners needs to be changed for better production. Sales training needs to be a part of training. Management is good. CEO is a cool person and interacts with all the employees but he needs to understand who really cares for the company. Sales head is very straight forward and strong at his ground. Show him logic and you are good to go. I left because technical is not my domain and my field of work was missing. All the best...

Working culture is very nice, seniors are very positive and supporting. Salary on time and Saturday and Sunday is off. Nice to be a part of a growing organization. management is very good.
