...k (except few verticals) 6) Some managers/leaders are low on Emotional Quotient. 7) Cafeteria food is below average 8) No cab facilities (except for women in dark hours) 9) Not so professional culture (chill environment comes at the cost of professionalism) 10) No free parking spot for employees (Need to pay 1200 bucks to reserve a spot on a monthly basis)

Promotions are too much delayed and are biased also sometimes. Some gets in 2 years and others takes more than 3 or 4, but the standard rules says that you should complete atleast 3 years for promotion but that doesn't happen. Very very very pooor.... momentary hikes. Average is 4-5% doesn't matter how good u perform

Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Very less appraisal even you have done very good work throughout the year.
