I joined as a fresher and I liked the training part the most. Work life balance is there most of the times. Work ethics and culture is amazing

Appraisal is very less, Salary is decent but I feel growth is slow. Rest I dont have anything as of now.

Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Very less appraisal even you have done very good work throughout the year.

Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here. If you are good in terms with your manager then everything will ne good otherwise it will be a hell

Work culture is great overall. Peers are helpful and management is approachable.

Compensation is below par in some areas. Sometimes there are uncertainties with projects, which can lead you to be moved around to different teams which badly impacts year end performance reviews,

Company spends a lot in learning and development of employees. They have mechanism of fixing salary with post.

Dislikes

Management is arrogant, retention rate is very less, many key people from the team has left due to this arrogant behaviour of management.
