HR is in management's pocket Appraisals are pathetic even when you get promoted Parties are also very rare Cost cutting in everything All senior people are incompetent and are left in the company because they could not go anywhere else

Brand and client was good working for. You have fixed pay in Evalueserve. Company invests in R&R and it is employee centric.

Dislikes

Work culture was terrible. EVS fired employees during COVID-19. I was asked to leave the company. Job security is not there.

Everything boils down to only one thing i.e. your superior. Does he or she appreciates the value addition done by the junior or really understand the efforts junior is putting without being biased. Always putting down some one because of some or other small issues doesn’t create good culture in team. Superior knowing the kind of work done by junior and appreciating the junior because other people at senior level or clients start giving excellent feedback will not make good managers. Failing to recognise someone’s work is demoralising the team as a whole and no one sticks with managers. I believe it is managers who make good or bad organisations through their behaviour and work culture and ethics.

...ession is limited for some one who wants to work in domain instead of business Salary is very less as compared to industry. Salary variation is high at same level Though company gives the flexibility to work from home, it is manager’s biasness that determines that someone will work from home Politics is high as people are recognised based on strong bias. Everything flows from top to bottom in terms of team.

Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Very less appraisal even you have done very good work throughout the year.

Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here. If you are good in terms with your manager then everything will ne good otherwise it will be a hell
