Company infrastructure, salary on time

Dislikes

Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Very less appraisal even you have done very good work throughout the year.

Job security Good pay for lateral entry and less deduction in salary. Variety of projects where you will learn and grow. Team outing and benifits like all big company has in terms of party in 5 star hotel and compensation for late night work beyond 8pm . Team is good and helpfull. Atlast want to say Join Evalueserve you will Enjoy but before that focus on salary also try to grab high salary becoz they negotiate very much.

Manager worst but not all manager mine project was special case . Although AVP VP is helpful in comparison to him. Give less pay to old employee and more pay to lateral entry. No work life balance. If you are junior then ok but if you are in TL and above and even SE/SSE then it's daily habbit of working beyond 10/12 hrs. SE/SSE can get some relax depending upon day but seniors must need to work overtime then you will get good ratings. Work from Home becoming very hectic atleast during offc hours we supposed to work till 8 pm from 11 Am but WFH from 10 AM to beyond 8 PM.

They offer good compensation but all other things are terrible, no work life balance, you'll have to work for 11-12 hours, still your seniors will exploits you in the every way possible.
