Managers and colleagues are supportive and HR interventions for employee engagement are satisfactory. Work-life balance is great, unless someone is working on a pilot project.

Low-pay is the only biggest problem.

The company doesn't ask too many reasons when leaves are informed in advance. They are extremely professional and friendly.

Flexibility at workplace is one of the best things here. Salary is more or less average/below par compared to the industry leaders. The work actually depends on the client you are working for, and some projects are decent but some are extremely bad. I am currently in the Risk LoB. Most of the work here is validation or other stuff which regular bank don't want to spend much time on or can't do by themselves due to regulatory guidelines. If you have an offer from other decent companies like Big4, full time banks, i would say don't join EVS.

...here at all. If you are in a not so good project, you will almost learn nothing. Also salary is low for campus hires. Though they claim human centric but i don't see any effort on upscaling employees.

They offer good compensation but all other things are terrible, no work life balance, you'll have to work for 11-12 hours, still your seniors will exploits you in the every way possible.

CAPS-07, this is the worst and pathetic department, don't ever think to join this company, if you're getting this department.

...ng are at 20 year high amid pandemic hence no diwali gift or any other support . Just expect salary or leave the company .

Unfortunately there is nothing to dislike about the company. They say very openly if you are ambitious and career progressive then this is the not the company to work for .
