Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company is just working on getting funding and have no time to develop product. Too much interference by promotors in day to day working that too without domain knowledge Any body can be told not to come to office from next day onwards

Those we observe at there OE's like a labour at there. The 5s include to clean birdshit😡. The supervisor are terrible and have rude bheviour with OE's. The pretend to have knowledge but they didn't how to operate Ms Excel (thekedar)🥴. The THEKEDAR discriminate on the basis of the OE's are whether Panjabi or not 🚫😡😡
