It's been great working in Euronics India at Gurgaon Office. Office environment is very healthy. Higher management is supportive and fun to work with. Work life balance is there.

Please implement 5 days a week work policy.

Company is very organized. The management is very good. There is no scope of career growth here as you will mostly be placed at a branch. Bad HR manager.

Dislikes

HR manager is no good and rude. Salary is considerably on the lower side of the spectrum. No career growth. Monotonous job role.

- too much interference and micro managing from the Directors - No dedicated process of Enquiry/Project/Customer Satisfaction/ Relationship Management - severe shortage of skill manpower
