... in this company all are brainless humans. They just treat employees like dumbs. Salary pay is very equal to freshers it's very true.. there are so many conflicts and discrepancies in this company. I suggest not join and waste your career.

Good Money and Learning. I've got very good friends from this company. Because of some cunning people(managers mainly) things will ruin. I got to know many ground level reality how politics can play dirty. It is one of reason i left job.

Dislikes

It is product based company nice for people who play politics and cunning. Its growing company so good opportunities in career growth along with good pay. Ladies think twice before joining and if you are planning to have baby, this is little not so flexible. Atlast i conclude that good money but not so flexible (also depends on managers as well). Eurofins feels stuck, recently more emphasis on infra projects. Salary hike , promotions are hard to come..HR and Leadership seems disconnected. Senior leadership has no meaningful work, just happy holding to their stagnant positions for paycheck with influence.

1. Full of miss management. 2.No growth. 3.hire and fire organisation, 0 planning before recruitment. 4.Old technologies 5. 0 work-life balance. 6. Politics 7. most of the time need work all 30 days in the month.

Appraisal is quite low. Currently cost cutting is hampering a lot on company level benefits which used to be the key point to join this organisation
