... in this company all are brainless humans. They just treat employees like dumbs. Salary pay is very equal to freshers it's very true.. there are so many conflicts and discrepancies in this company. I suggest not join and waste your career.

Good Money and Learning. I've got very good friends from this company. Because of some cunning people(managers mainly) things will ruin. I got to know many ground level reality how politics can play dirty. It is one of reason i left job.

It is product based company nice for people who play politics and cunning. Its growing company so good opportunities in career growth along with good pay. Ladies think twice before joining and if you are planning to have baby, this is little not so flexible. Atlast i conclude that good money but not so flexible (also depends on managers as well). Appraisal is quite low. Currently cost cutting is hampering a lot on company level benefits which used to be the key point to join this organisation

Company became too worse day by day. It's no more a product based company. Company culture spoiled alot. Recently many people are being fired. Even some of high profiles like SD, MD are fired. It's going in loss and people still trying to fake employees by giving fake hope.

.... Job security is 0. 4. Annual appraisal is very bad. 5. No on-site opportunity. No hike no appraisal. 6. 15 years 20 years experienced employees who doesn't even interested in learning new technologies very willing to spend their rest of their life this stupid technologies like vb.net wpf 7. I request anyone to not join this company for any reason and spoil your life.

The business is only concerned with new functionalities and does not provide enough bandwidth for technical advancements to be done.
