Company policies are age old, not flexible. And not employee friendly. Affecting the employee satisfaction more after Takeover by new Company. Even after speaking to Ex employees, one comes to know that work life balance is very very bad.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, I love the fact that I am a part of that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I can also like the employee re- hire policy.

Compensation is decent, but Growth is slow. The work pressure is average.

It's an Institute of Direct Marketing Field and also all Marketing Field.Achievement Satisfaction is much higher and here we are working as a family member or team member.

In Eureka Forbes Ltd. I developed my skills of selling at every situation. Apart from that the company culture is very good & you will get the satisfaction by doing JOB in this company.

The salary structure might be better. The most frustrated thing about this company you will not get promoted when you are giving your 200% & if you are under a franchise then just forget about it.

Low salary and not fix salary and there new system call not connect with the customer If it's connect customer check and ignore the call because it's call from the company we will call many times then customer pic the call I think it's a waste
