Old age people in Sales Div. in Eureka Forbes Ltd as doesn't let happen to groom to youth as this is reasom being biggest trouble with Eureka Forbes Ltd. and hence compny hasn't been unable to strive best perform in Market.

... Forbes is terrible for youth's sales & Marketing as choiced by professional . Old age Sales people are taking their salary as pension scheme from Eureka Forbes Ltd. despite least bother about company endeaviours. Hence company jas been fail to strive best perform into Market.

Dislikes

Company policies are age old, not flexible. And not employee friendly. Affecting the employee satisfaction more after Takeover by new Company. Even after speaking to Ex employees, one comes to know that work life balance is very very bad.
