... alarm rings most of the time without any reason. workplace is not safe to work. Salary you will get on 7th or 8th day of next month. In terms of HR, forget it if you have any work to be done through them. They will not even entertain your request. For them they are giving you the salary and you are a slave for them. Most of the positive reviews here are completely fake. They report negative reviews if some employee post it, so that no one can see the reality. Therefore, do not rely on that. Don't even consider joining this organization if you love your career and life.

...d relatives in key roles, many of whom have no relevant experience or expertise. You’ll be promised a higher salary to join, but don’t fall for it. After you join, your first appraisal cycle will take a minimum of 18 months – sometimes even 2 years – with zero increments in between. They trick you into believing the salary is a perk, but it’s just a bait-and-switch. During your first 3 months, they’ll say nothing because it’s your probation period, but after that, the real pressure starts. Expect to be constantly tortured with work because nobody in leadership has decision-making ability, and they throw all the responsibility onto you. Worst of all, many of them can’t even read technical documents. Meetings are a time sink – 2-3 hours daily with the plant head, and weekly all-nighters with the MD from 8 pm to 4 am, simply because his friends and relatives can’t answer basic questions. The answers are left to the juniors, even if they're not in charge. The company also has no regard for basic employee rights. You’ll be asked weekly about pending payments for vendors, but they won’t release any funds, constantly saying payments will be delayed “until next week.” They’re simply cheating employees and vendors. This is a place where you’ll be forced to work 90 hours a week, with no real work-life balance, like a corporate nightmare of S.N. Subrahmanyan's dreams. It's disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks any meaningful leadership. Stay away from this toxic environment!

The salary hike is good but it is a trap.

I will be talking about Finance Department only. The company will offer a good hike on your previous CTC but it would be a trap. The work life balance is really terrible and dominating behaviour of Manager is horrible. They will say at the joining, timing is 10:00 to 6:30 but it would turn out to be a 10 to 10 shift and also strech the tasks from home and also come on Sunday. There is no employee retention and HR dept. is also pathetic not taking necessary steps. I also left within a month

...es not exist. Sometimes essential toiletries like water or hand wash are absent. Salary structure is very bad. Not any options provided by the company to save taxes like LTA, bills claims , coupons or lease type of things. Completely missing. Lack of a parking space. It can be difficult to enter or leave this organization during rainy season. Higher ranking employees are arrogant and treat you like a servant.

Euler motor provide all industrial training which is very important for a employee. All culture programs' and game events organized by company etc. behaviors of HR departments is very supportive.
