Worst Bus Facility and Canteen facility. Security Guards Feels like they are the company owner. HR persons are uneducated, USFDA approved organization but not following minimal SOP. Three Years Agreement Bond.

Punctuality in company timing and OT benefit for extra timings.

In hand salary far away from CTC they provided. Poor working culture. There is no need of talent and subject to join the company if u have reference. Canteen food.

Extra one week off for the manager grade in a month

... to stay after the working hours , rarely it is possible that we can go on time. 2 Lack of manpower 3 Work bond commitment of 3 years. 4. Company is situated in the worst location.

I like to work here because It's a new growing company It's have good opportunity Day by day improvement Products are very good Everyone have clarity regarding job

Day by day increase inflation rate by percentage but salary increases not give like that. To be improve in canteen facilities. Along with working health also important for that purpose 5 day working require (Because we are working in hormone and oncology area)

Salary hike is good appraisal are good for executive not for operator. Executive having more work load than operator

Not suitable for experience candidates in eugia degree matters not knowledge. B pharm fresher getting executive post and bsc + 9 years experience persons getting operator post
