Immense pressure, No salary growth even after working day and night, poor work life balance, politics by only one member the GM of the company, unfortunately he was my manager and he never let me grow in the company, if he would have not been there I could have grown higher and would have not left the company

This is well-known brand and near to my home. Not specific thing I like. The experience with the company was Average.

Due to company internal company politics the employee always afraid about Job security.

They have general manager who is saving his own job, for this he can eat anyones job there is no value of experience they can ask you to leave job and promote your junior to that position, and that junior always calling you and asking how to manage things, they are in totally loss, there are some peoples like terminates until they are completely eaten they will never move out, they promote those candidates who have done fraud with company because MD dont want to listen anyone except GM, and if you belongs opposite gender then you can get more benefits from GM, if you are faviourate of company then you get appraisal and if you are dedicated to your work only then never got appraisal and other benefits, they dont have any policy manipulating things by their own way.

When i was working with etoosindia On daily i done my duty 14 hour 8:00am to 9:00pm last day of my job just because of my seniors but there is no fault besides company it's personal basis feedback

Dislikes

No opportunities for career growth. Rude team manager. Needs to work on her own personality development. Work pressure is high. Managers barely value individuals.
