Worst company to work with. No rules, individuals are doing things to promote themselves. HR does not pick up calls and have no clue about the employees.

We are given overloaded job which the compensation doesnt match at all. We are trained to do multitasking with customer which i dont see any valid reasons why they make this way which is better before than now

Discrimination, Work politics, Delayed decision, No growth (you remain at one position at which You are hired for years), personal likings (pleasing your boss), experience and knowledge is overlooked (u never know when a person with low knowledge and experience will become ur boss), performance is evaluated on likings and close connections with ur boss (people who hardly work are rated top performers)

Etisalat have mixed culture, attractive salary package with family benefits, alternative trainings based on employee career growth, random travels based on job needs, innovative ideas can be considered and etc...…..

...MISE ME AND ALL THE OTHER CANDIDATE. THAT ETISALAT IS MUCH BETTER PLACE TO WORK. AND PROMISE US TO GIVE 4000 AED SALARY EVERY MONTH. BUT AFTER SINGING THE OFFER LETTER. THE HEAD OF CORDINATOR WASEEM IS FORCING EMPLOYES TO WORK ON LESS SALARY. 1000 AED WILL GET DEDUCT. AND THEY FORCE FULLY TAKE EMPLOYES TO MOL FOR RESIGNING THE CONTRACT ON LOWER PAY. ALL THIS AFTER WAITING FOR 4 MONTH WITHOUT SALARY.

I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR THUS COMMENT. BUT I ASK NAUKRI GULF TO BOYCOT REACH EMPLOYMENT AND THEIR CONECTION TO ETISALT. REACH EMPLOYMENT HAD RUIN MY CARRER SET ME BACK ALMOST 2 YEARS. I REQUEST NAUKRI GULF TAKE THIS COMMENT SERIOUSLY
