Worst company to work with. No rules, individuals are doing things to promote themselves. HR does not pick up calls and have no clue about the employees.

No pay raise . If you ask for raise you have to leave.

No proper management , Ex: Management recruits less experience and no certifications and giving double salary to them . exiting staff have good knowledge experience but no increments ,,, no promotions . they not think about staff

No proper management , Existing staff have good experience , certification qualification but no promotion no salary increments .. but they recruits the people that they doesn't have experience , no knowledge but giving double salary ... their should be some proper way to recruit. for Etisalat staff not getting free SIM from Etisalat . such a poor company.

We are given overloaded job which the compensation doesnt match at all. We are trained to do multitasking with customer which i dont see any valid reasons why they make this way which is better before than now

Management not support to employees. they are doing worst administration. Like reduced salary's without give notice even they were taken full amount from the Clints and no day offs no sick leave, no good accommodation and transportation me I'm giving 0 rate

Good work place, multi cultural, compensation and perks for senior positions

Dislikes

Discrimination, Work politics, Delayed decision, No growth (you remain at one position at which You are hired for years), personal likings (pleasing your boss), experience and knowledge is overlooked (u never know when a person with low knowledge and experience will become ur boss), performance is evaluated on likings and close connections with ur boss (people who hardly work are rated top performers)
