It's almost as if we used to enjoy a sense of camaraderie within the team. Sadly, that ship has sailed due to the overwhelming pressure from management and founders.

BPointing fingers, power plays, playing favorites, putting stock in gossip, piling on tasks for top performers until they throw in the towel. Incompetent leadership, their go-to fix is a reorg whenever things go south. Root cause analysis? Never heard of it.

It's a client centric company. If client has any unrealistic deadline, the management agrees and ask the employees to work on it and deliver and not question the client. Roles, responsibility and team structure are not defined. Half of the management are not skilled enough for their position Low manpower in most of the department
