Salary and scope of incentives is great, work environment is good, you can approach anyone for help

Dislikes

Rotational night shifts, every month your shift will change, major shifts start from 4pm till 2:30am (night) and you cannot escape from from late night shifts.

Company has taken significant measures to e sure employees have job security in this hardship of covid by implementing work from home policy which is quite remarkable. The overall plan for WFH has benefited a lot to employees as well as organization to continue normal course of business and make sure financially each one of us is secured. Social distancing at work place is also taken care at the best.

Dislikes

The compensation scheme could have been bit better. Like employees till now have been nearing inter expectations se which us being utilized for organization purpose. Moreover rather than spiking targets and making last moment changes in incentives plans, a more convenient scheme could have been in place which helps employees to earn incentives and have an extra layer of financial support in this hardship of covid. Currently the compensation plan in place is not that stable and changes too frequently making it difficult to earn as per potential.

...th. You can work to get corporate experience. I liked their pick n drop service. They provide good competitive salary to fresh college graduates.

Dislikes

Internal politics are actually killing there brand image. Religious remarks from managers. Under qualified people are sitting on higher position. No promotions and increments after 1 year. If you know how to make your bosses happy then you may get promotions. They can fire you anytime without any warnings. No job security at all. No work life balance. I had to leave this company only because of their illiterate management. Companies are not bad, but it's people make it worse. Not every senior manager is bad. There are few good old people who are very supporting. But you need to make good bond and connect with them.

Work life balance worst, I agree salary and insensitive looks good when salary is credited but money is not worth sacrificing you work life balance
