Salary on time only.

Dislikes

Extend shifts on daily basis. Management is very poor, they hired everybody from their respective families in this company. It's a call centre in IT consulting. Nothing to learn about, just maintain the calling each 9 hr. They will allow much break your will hardly take 1 hr. of break in a day. Always stick to chair. You need a big stringy tounge to survive in this org.

Nothing they are fraudsters. Just when the time of retention bonus came which they promise. They terminate their employees and hire new ones from the same money.

1.No Work Life Balance 2. Terrible work culture 3. Even Owner/VP use terrible languange use abusive words with their employees. what behavior you can expact from managers to their recruiters 4. no benefit for this rating because they are very sure nothing can not stop them. 5. I just want to say that if you really dont want to loose your incentive, dont want to waste your time, dont want to get hurt please dont join this disgusting organization.

It is a good company. Salary on time √. Work from home √. Hiring freshers√. If you are placed under a good manager then you will grow.. While you were a team for 1 year continuously, you have to promote a manager from that team.. Do no hire a new one.. Company is good but top management don't know what's happening below..

Hiring new top level management collapses already existing team.. Also after collapsing the whole teams the new top level management above associate director level also runs away.. While I worked that new talent started micro managing me, although I had pipelines he cornered me to an edge.. While I put leave & tried to contact concerned person - no one responded. The next day he asked me to mark leave in LOP. By that time as my team mates are continuously fired by him .. So in that frustration, I resigned immediately. But they didn't accepted my resignation instead sent a Termination letter.. I loved that company but they didn't concerned about 2 years of presence..
