If you have experience and your interview goes well you will get industry standard salary. But for my project it was 12hrs of working a day. Need to work on weekends as well.

Work culture is worst, Work life balance is worst. Need to work 12 hrs a day, including weekends (no extra pay). Work load is not manageable. They just listen to your problem but no steps will be taken to help employee. This is consultancy- third party organization which will fails to interpret between employee and clients. Interview will be different job profile after joining will be different.

I worked as a contractor for a client company. No proper communication on ending the contract. HR does not respond to the calls or mails. No job security. Can be terminated at any time.

...he only thing we got was fake promises. Full and final settlement still pending. They would not pay you even if it's promised while on job. Raise would be difficult for years. There is no process and CEO is the most miser human being you will come across. Immature and a liar

A lot of work pressure . 5-6 meeting every day a lot of time waste of employee. Wasting time in meetings work load meeting No job security But as per banks in India this company comes under diamond level . Good reputation

Extend shifts on daily basis. Management is very poor, they hired everybody from their respective families in this company. It's a call centre in IT consulting. Nothing to learn about, just maintain the calling each 9 hr. They will allow much break your will hardly take 1 hr. of break in a day. Always stick to chair. You need a big stringy tounge to survive in this org.
