cooperation from teammate's/colleagues, regular / refresher course, high job security in place, career growth medium, salary / appraisal low, travel low, politics high, room for learning , work environment friendly, new innovation & work life balance Average.

Dislikes

Growth is slow, the work pressure is very high. Sometimes work 14-18 hours straight in a day to attend clients calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual's unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times
