The team at ETCC is great to work with. The leads are always helpful and guide the team in all aspects. Though the work is challenging, it definitely helps when we have a great team and leaders who understand our personal space and help us have a good work life balance. Definitely recommend working in ETCC.

Dislikes

I definitely appreciate the fact that incase of any emergency (medical/personal) we can get the approval to work from home, I would have definitely wished if the policy was flexible to avail this option whenever we could. Since usually we dont have any extended family support system to take care of our kids when they fall sick, it would be helpful if could just login from home for few days.
