Nothing to like.

Dislikes

No work life balance,too much work load on a small team of 4 people. Nobody can take leaves bcoz of 16*7 support. Sudden night shifts on weekoffs, No comp off. No employee satisfaction. IT,HR and accounts team are totally non cooprative .

Teammates are always helpful and friendly but the management never let them come on a single page, USP of Estel Technologies.

They believe more in playing politics and friction among teams and colleagues.Another very basic aspect is that people good in buttering and can behave like puppets of their bosses do have a very good chance for bright future in Estel.
