Indian and Italian managers are extremely nice, I can say these are the best managers in my whole career companies. They always backs and understand and take cares of employees. In between also gets the onsite opportunity to travel to Italy for stay of half or full month, where you can interact with Awesome Italian colleagues. "Best company overall"

Dislikes

Overall company is fantastic. Only issue is, there are mainly 2 employees on which whole management having trust and they always do change the mindset of other colleagues and disturbs the flexibility that company is giving, they are trying to slowly move culture from product base to service base. Otherwise management is extremely nice whether it's indian Or Italian, they only wants quality work and always take care of employees and try to give them flexibility as employee wants. But these few people will be always against these flexibility but if it comes to their life issue then they convince how that flexibility is important but they are not caring for others. But it's a great company to work since Italian are the best people I ever observed, they are very caring for employees. Only same flexibility should be offered in Indian office. Also they should provide technological growth to existing employee by offering courses instead of hiring new one. This will be win win situation if employee gets flexibility and technological opportunity then it's best company to continue for upto 10 yrs. But In every company there are some issues, so compared to that I will suggest this is the best company I ever seen. This is the company where employee can stay for long period like atleast 5 years. Company increment is descent, you will enjoy parties and outings, movies, cricket so along with work you will have relaxing moments as well. Other than few 2 employees, all the employees are very nice they will not interfere with others issues. All others are cooperative and understands each other's situation.
