Incapable and egoistic frontline team.No motivation and encouragement from the frontline managers. Except few.

AS per company's culture, Essity is a company where one can enrich with knowledge, skills, learning. Also where we can balance our work and personal life. It had always Essity's endeavor to come up with innovative products . I must appreciate the quality of the products.

Dislikes

What I belief that company should think about the growth of the employee. Its not only about monitory growth, rather the growth in the term of career. Sometime I feel, there is always an issue in the local management. That also effect the impression about the company.

The brand is in the stange if establishing itself in the market and gives ample opportunity for growth

Being relatively new in the country it has a long way to come up to the reimbursement standards of establised brands.
