apart from the salary given to a writer, there's nothing worth appreciating in this company. I left the job within a month and didn't even get any call from HR Samir. (Seems a scammer). No offer letter no reliving letter no documentation. Too many kids soy boy kids working. Pretty toxic work culture. The content head is knowledgeable but the editors are shit. The editors do not help you a bit and ask you to do things while they just pinpoint things and ask for changes. bizarre management.

Can't even get started in this. The site is click bait site. Non of the articles are related to Fans' perspective as the moto says. Instead, the site is for casual fans who sniff stupid information. No one talks about talent, skills, techniques but only care about click bait topics.

There's a lot to learn. The organisation gives you the opportunity to work with the best people. With a lot of creative minds.

The compensation for the lack of work life balance simply doesn't make sense. If an employee is going out of their way to devote 12-14 hours per day, which most editors and stakeholders do the monetary benefits should be designed in a better way.

"I had a very bad experience. I was given an assignment and later received a call from HR to discuss the salary. After 7 days, my training started. However, they removed my profile because they claimed I wasn't showing any improvement. It’s common sense that if someone is in a training period, it's a learning process. They wasted 7 days of my time."
