If writing is your passion get ready to be bickered 1000 times while you're writing and you'll start to hate your own work and lose self confidence. The mentorship given by the department is a convenient way to establish control over your writing. They will ask you to change your writing style frequently to meet the unimaginable demands. You'll have to overwork to finish your daily quota and you'll not get paid sufficiently for that. Get ready to overwork with less pay and that too with no paid holidays. Forget your lazy Sundays and embrace a toxic work culture if you want to work here.
