There's a lot to learn. The organisation gives you the opportunity to work with the best people. With a lot of creative minds.

The compensation for the lack of work life balance simply doesn't make sense. If an employee is going out of their way to devote 12-14 hours per day, which most editors and stakeholders do the monetary benefits should be designed in a better way.

"I had a very bad experience. I was given an assignment and later received a call from HR to discuss the salary. After 7 days, my training started. However, they removed my profile because they claimed I wasn't showing any improvement. It’s common sense that if someone is in a training period, it's a learning process. They wasted 7 days of my time."

The culture is accepting of everyone. If you are a newbie in this place, ES will lay down a more than ideal path for you. If you use their resources and the people well, it can be instrumental in your career and development. The seniors in the department are collaborative and there are no egos- just a team. All in all, a delightful place to work at

The salary and hikes can be a little underwhelming. It's tough to penetrate through to the senior management.

It's easy to get deceived by the behaviour of the management at first but slowly they'll reveal their true colors. If writing is your passion get ready to be bickered 1000 times while you're writing and you'll start to hate your own work and lose self confidence. The mentorship given by the department is a convenient way to establish control over your writing. They will ask you to change your writing style frequently to meet the unimaginable demands. You'll have to overwork to finish your daily quota and you'll not get paid sufficiently for that. Get ready to overwork with less pay and that too with no paid holidays. Forget your lazy Sundays and embrace a toxic work culture if you want to work here.
