The best company ever, Job security is main issue for different companies in the tube mfg company, but in case of ESSEL job security is first 🥇, feel freedom to work.

Everyone has pros and cons, In case of ESSEL there are so many pros but one cons is poor salary.

It doesn't have a toxic workplace. No shift jobs. Most of them work in general shifts. Good in terms of job security and worklife balance.

...oll. The chances of conversion from contractual to company payroll is very rare. Slow job and salary growth depends on the job profile and manager. The company hasn't yet completely accepted open culture. Practice of micro managment can be seen amongst some managers.

The company is given an opportunity to more learning to their employees . They provide high quality accommodation to their employees.its a MNC .

The salary & also I have to work minimum 10 hr instead of 8 hr

Good work environment and culture. But not given good salary to shopfloor company employees. More managers are working 8 hrs and engineers are doing 12 hrs.

Not got promotion even complete 8 years. Management internal politics is more. Very low paid Overtime salary.

This company is one of the best name in printing and packaging industry. There is a lot to learn as a mechanical engineer. For freshers, we learn more more than we expect.

Salary is Low and growth too. Work pressure is high.
