Only the one thing that's surrounding of the office and innovations for intermediate students to make career but it's not the better platform to made it .

Dislikes

No career without any sources of your senior, no appraisal, overtime work but no bonus, low grade & same salary package for the newer and the senior agents, no work-life balance because when you will be terminated from the company through the HR, Manager and the Team leader without a silly reason as I saw or experienced of my 2.4years of work under this organisation. No travel expenses given and no cab facility for night shifter .

Everyone from the HO is very cooperative.

Dislikes

Company selected the employees without judging their in detail. Many of the junior as well as senior employees are very poor in technical/construction knowledge though they are getting high salary only on the basis of experience.

very good place to work also, to development of personality in corprorate sectors. teammates of all department were too good. we learn so many things while working. work environment was excellent.

salary hike could make better. job training should provide for new joinees or frehsers

Currently company culture is not good...very terrible condition in working at project site, earlier Essar company culture, rules, regulations iare not matching with this current organization.

Working time is only benefit here. Come anytime go anytime. No strict decipline. Job is secured here, until u want to leave the company no one can lay you off. So most of people are leaving the company within 6-12months of joining.

Dislikes

Starting from work culture to salary everything is worst. They are still working as per old tradition and using AutoCAD 2D. No value engineering is done here. Most of the things are done by using thumb rules and over-design. They have not given APLI or appraisal from last 2 years. They fool employees by giving false promises of appraisals. They don't use standard ISO practice for documentation, just doing work like a layman. They offer more salary to new employees than existing employees. Salaries of draftsman are higher than engineers. Salaries of GET is more than salary of employees working from last many years. Otherwise the GET or newly joined employees don't stay here, due to above mentioned issues. They don't do any employee welfare or refreshments activities in the office.
