The hiring process is simple and quick. The internal politics is at a low level. The infrastructure is quite appealing. The physical locations chosen for the buildings are convenient to commute to. The cleanliness and hygiene is practised. Office timings and working hours are also convenient. Employees get chances to be featured in the videos.

... place, every department works outside the loop. The HR department is the worst. The HR generally does not have a professional approach, most of the times HR fails to solve issues related to salary and attendance. The scheduling is an alien concept to the HR and everything is decided suddenly which creates a lot of hectic and sometimes harrasment for the employees. The management is of equal low calibre. The whole emphasis is on making videos but not on customer or employee satisfaction. The payout is the worst in the industry, people wait for one and a half year on average to receive incentives. The salary is put on hold without any significant reason and it's roughly followed by harrasment to get the salary. The HR never knows why the salary is deducted and put on hold, the employees have to fight for the salary after working for the entire month. The enforce a salary cycle that they hold 15 days of salary every month. The company asks the employees to sign a contract, give signed blank cheques, a letter from the bank manager for the signature confirmation on cheque and a hand written note that the employees has given all above mentioned documents willingly without any pressure. It takes so much patience and too much follow up to get the travel expenses reimbursed after sharing the bills 4-5 times. The real effort is put in to showcase the organization as a brand however in actual the organization is a sham as it lacks professionalism, business ethics and intentions towards the welfare of the employees. The customers are pushed to buy the product and services which are not in their best interest, the entire 'package' is designed to squeeze a customer's pocket as much as possible. The employees face a lot of challenges to get the full and final settlement after leaving the organization and same with the customers seeking refund.

If you want to spoil your career want to get humiliated by the psycho Top Management Person(where he will be asking you TUSSI KI KITTA)want work on there poor marketing ideas which are from 19th century then surely you can join them. Karishma(HR is the worst lady on this planet she only work to spoil the office environment and very interested in making someone work life hell with any other stupid reason). Mark my words if someone still want to join them one day you will surely find these issues.
