No Job security, No salary on time instead of excuses by management, Worst Management in the company. Management doesn' want to give salary to employees even after full month working by employees. Employee doesn't know that whether he/ she will get salary or not after doing full month work. We are consistently getting a salary with drastic cut (50 to 60%) from last year. We have not got any increment from last 3 years.

...any. Management & Senior reporting persons always use abusive language to staff. company does not provide any benefits and also does not give salary on time. For most of the employees, this company did not give even salary after getting the work done. Most of the employees are suffering from torture & mentally harassment of management & senior reporting persons. during my tenure, I have observed that many employees went into depression due to mentally torture of management & senior reporting persons. Management of this company of this company never sticks to its word and they also give fake commitments to staff. So appeal to those people who are thinking to join this company, If you join this company then join at your own risk.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only Two months April & May was bad due to drastic salary cut but I got better salary for June of course with certain % cut and will be going till october .

Nothing as such only I am getting good salary hiked every year (except this year) and position what i am holding is the top most after MD.
