Esri India is good company for learning advance technologies.

...w years, no trainings for skill developments to the staff. Earlier it was great. The salary compensation for data team is very less as compare to rest of the GIS market in India. Lot of politics between managers, less values for hardworking staff as compare to senior staff.

Too low incriment , very less salary no future here for the hardworking persons they just want you to work more and more but never talk about salary because once you say something you will be blacklisted here after wasting 5 precious years of my life I am still getting salary lower than a office boy . So dont ever think about coming here otherwise you are finished your future is spoiled

Working Environment is good here. The Seniors, managers and co-workers are Very Humble, Polite and very Kind which makes Esri a great place to work.There is A lot to learn if someone wants to Grow here and The work pressure is less than in other organizations.

Dislikes

The Main thing that goes Wrong about Esri is that, i dont know why they are giving very less salary to the employees and their appraisal Is also very low, Not talking about the seniors or managers but About the New Joiners or someone who has been in the organization for more the 2-3 years. This is the only thing which i felt Missing in ESRI.

It's good for the work life balance and getting Perks, management is really good and they listen the candidate for their point of view. HR is also good and always try for employees benifits.

I don't like or the way farward to improve is the work according to JD ..

Working in Esri is like working in five star environment, their office location is prime, office interior is world class, working environment is superb and every month you will experience enthusiastic events.
