I used to work at the main client site. Training should be provided for the growth of on-site employees. Otherwise, everything is good . I have learned a lot and had the opportunity to work with highly skilled individuals in ESQ. My manager, Tilak Narang, and my HR are my favorite people in ESQ.

Work from home but they deducted 20% of salary and no appraisal this year. This was my first appraisal in company and I was rated good but my rating and hard work contribution towards company whole year is useless.

Old building. No social events and activities. No gym facility. No team outings.

No respect for employees. They keep you in dark and at the time of appraisal they surprise you with almost nothing. The QA Manager is not supportive and doesn't care about its resource. The highest level of politics being played. Doesn't have proper infrastructure to cater the employee, lack of WASHROOMS. Manager and higher management will keep you for scapegoat. Here your performance doesn't matter, but if you're good at gossip and provide timely information to your manager than you get promoted. No job security they fire employees before the completion of probation period. Lag behind in terms of latest technologies

Poor management. Managers are not justified for their positions they are working here for more than 10 yrs just because they are managers. Biasness is blood of esq. No extra skill gains No proper kt of product VP is worst If you are not working as they want than it is hell for you. No work from homes they do not care about your emergency No appraisals If you resign every single day they will create an environment to terminate you. Your notice period is hell here. 90 days of notice period. I strongly recommend not to join this Sit back n prepare more. Biasness and politics is everywhere but esq have then on different level They gonna monitor you every second. Micro management, you feel like majdoor
