- No company culture - No Appreciation or work ethics - No infrastructure [a Single washroom with 1 person at a time use by 3 floors (approx 100+ people) - No Increment or Appraisal - Outdated Product, no new or emerging technology [ATMs monitoring or peer solution to ATMs functioning] - Poor HR support and system. In 2025, they maintain a Register for In/out and record small breaks as well. - HR promises hybrid, and the Manager ensures strict WFO or taking a leave in case of emergency, but they expect you should reply or work even in leave. - Only 5 Sick leaves [Cut on Sick leave FY 2025 onwards without discussing with the team] - Senior person/Managers take WFH whenever they needed, but based for juniors. - No team spirit company-wise. Everyone is busy safeguarding their jobs only. - 3-month Notice Period with no buyout or early release option just to harass the employees. - They have only one main product OB, and everyone is aware of all aspects of the Product; there are no such 3 month KT needed for any role. Hardly 3-4 days work for any handover, at max 1 week. - If anyone in leadership reached out to this post, request to strongly review the exit policy and India office infrastructure. New Noida Management is not capable of running the show. You can take references from recent reviews posted on the platform. In 2025, this management is pushing the team to the 90s. Also, please review what HRs are doing here and how they are contributing to company growth. Not a single employee is satisfied here, excluding those who just love to spend free time 9-5 without any work on their plate or those who are working with no ambition. Just a few Qs for Management - What does it take to enable Management review by peers and employees to ensure no harassment by seniors and ensuring a proper review policy for everyone? - Why can't more washrooms be built, or can't relocate to new place considering a capacity of this office lower than the required to accommodate current manpowers. You can rent building to some smaller organisation and move to a co-working space in same budget. - What's the challenge with making a hybrid work culture when even in-office teams communicate with each other over Microsoft Teams or email? Is WFO the only parameter to measure productivity? Why is there partiality amongst the team, WFO for some teams and flexibility for others. No question ask for 1 day WFH is not going to hamper productivity but provide relief to those who commute 50-60 Kms daily for office, or who is not feeling office but know has task in plate to deliver. - What it takes to release an employee in 1 month or before the 3 months. KT hardly takes 1 week to 10 days. If someone is looking for a better future, why does the company treat that person as enemy and wanted to ensure he serves 3-month notice period? Why to waste 2 month additional salary when one is not willing to work or not dedicated to work. I believe this need to be reviewed and make some win-win policy considering what is best for company and its employees. - In US people enjoys 1 week to 10 days of Christmas or new year leave, in other countries a long Eid leaves. For India there are no such provision, moreover a cut on Sick leaves of around 60% is really a disappointment. Additionally 10-11 national holidays mandated by govt. in such case if any holiday falls on Sunday [26 jan 2025] company count that too in this 10-11 days. 9 National holidays allowed for this year [1 additional holiday cut]. These are the factors why everyone in organisation desperately looking for a job changes. Even people are resigning without any offer letter in hand because of these poor policies and not supportive HRs and Management. Alarming to rethink, review, and re-implement. HR Policies that helps you to quit early. HRs favorite task is to fire people and in some amazing ways. In case you have a common name you might get fired when someone else was supposed to be. This provides really good gossip session which I liked the most.
Biased management out to get you by micro management of all your work. After that you will be asked what was your extraordinary contribution during appraisal while managers sit back and do nothing themselves. 5 day sick leave over the year and that too will get questioned when you get back. No opportunity for upskilling yourself andeven if they smell that you are learning something manager will overload you with work. Managers will take WFH when they need the day off and wont allow you to take WFH even during medical needs on top of 5 day sick leave policy. During notice period they will try to get all the work done and same even if it is the last day. People who knows how to take advantage of the corporate culture and politics will prosper in this organization. Old people are very motivated to take their retirement from here itself and will not allow others to get promoted. They love thier seats even more than your local MLA. No respect for employees. They keep you in dark and at the time of appraisal they surprise you with almost nothing. The QA Manager is not supportive and doesn't care about its resource. The highest level of politics being played. Doesn't have proper infrastructure to cater the employee, lack of WASHROOMS. Manager and higher management will keep you for scapegoat. Here your performance doesn't matter, but if you're good at gossip and provide timely information to your manager than you get promoted.
