Nothing good. It is the worst company on the planet where the management only hires and fires the employees every now and then. Appraisals are pathetic and disgusting. No work life balance at all. HR Management and top management is terrible and ruthless.

Hiring and firing employees at will. Salary and appraisals not on time. No work life balance. Top management and HR is corrupted and is famous for its politics. Not recommended at all.

...yed here for more than 5 years are family members , relatives or close friends . No hike for past 4 years , all time threat over job security even though you have project still they will fire u once it is stable and they will make fresher sit on it at cheap rate .no work life and this throughout all projects , no skill dev , nothing good . just take there offer letter to leverage somewhere else . it does not require a person to know that if org is led by two head it will drown , they have two ceo , i mean like what?

...ll tools used. No much salary hike even if you have jumped from a great company. Kanjusi in giving salary compensation, hikes, promotions. Poor HR Leadership and team below it. Poor Work ethics and Professionalism

Very few things which one can answer about dislikes is like salary delayed every month by 1 or 2 days but not more than that. Apart from that everything is fine.

It was very worst experience to worked with Espire Infolab, Management is very bad they don't know how to manage project and team, they pressurize the employees to work on weekend and manager's used abusing language and said it's normal, so guys I suggest please don't join that company even they hold the salaries of employees
