Support from senior leaderships, exposure to new tools and techniques, on-time salary, yearly appraisal is what I enjoyed the most while working for Esolz.

Dislikes

Sometimes, due to tight project delivery timelines employees have to work for extra hours. Again, that is there in every company. So, can't say that I disliked it.

Likes

This is a good company for freshers. They're learning too many things to become an expert. They're working culture is so good. Those are think there office is there second home it is absolutely a second HOME.

It's not good for experienced, coz salary issue.

Himadri Sir from Graphics team was the only likable person in the company, rest are not even worth anybody's attention

... position as the company is wasting their resources on an ineffective leader. 4. Worst Salary structure 5. Low increments 6. Lack of consideration for employees' mental well being with a tendency to push for late-night work. 7.Unrealistic team targets 8. Constant comparison with a high performing employee 9. Management exhibiting " you work for me , you are my slave" attitude 10. The CEOs demonstrate cunning behaviour, making it challenging for employees

On time Salary No Work Politics Good & extremely friendly teammates and team leaders. Good work life balance Good Management & good HR Peaceful and friendly environment. Feels like a family. Good office timings.

Salary increment is very less.

Its a great place to start career where the organisation offers various projects where one can get the experience. Efficient and smart worker can have an assured job security , its rare to getting fired. Good performer can have extra privilages.Culture is average. Co workers are like family.

Dislikes

...average as for lack of some constraints towards upcoming technologies expertise. Salary was not enough considering the current date ,though appraisal and bonus is always preserved for good performer.
